American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) position requiring at least 1 year of experience and current BLS/ACLS certification.
Requirements
- Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required for all direct patient care personnel
- Current ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of CVOR nursing experience required
- License verification must be dated within 30 days of start
Responsibilities
- Surgery department setting with a focus on cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:30
- 13-week assignment length
- On-call requirement of approximately 15 shifts per month, including 2 weekends per month
- One holiday rotation required per contract
- Provide direct nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room
- Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations
- Local candidates accepted in select states only: CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
