Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Mother Baby unit position requiring recent specialty experience and NRP certification.

Details

• Work in the Family Centered Care unit of a high-volume mother-baby facility performing about 4,000 deliveries per year
• 40-bed mother-baby unit

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Mother Baby specialty experience required

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Returning perm staff must take a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
