Requirements
- Active MN RN license required, must be in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Prior ortho experience required
- Med/Surg nursing experience required
Responsibilities
- Med/Surg unit at a critical access hospital facility
- Will also work in the ICU as needed
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Cares for pediatric patients in addition to adult Med/Surg patients
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Provide nursing care across Med/Surg and ICU settings as needed
- No prior permanent employees of Avera or Sanford Health systems allowed
- Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
