American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring active TX or compact RN licensure and specialty certifications including AWHONN and NRP.
Requirements
- Active RN license (TX or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP (Advanced 9th Edition)
- Fetal Monitoring certification required (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, or NCCEFM)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience required
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide skilled nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
- Professional reference requirements vary by state, with most states requiring one reference
