Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 1 year of L&D experience and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Fetal Monitoring certification required (Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN, or NCCEFM)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required, Advanced 9th Edition
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
• 14-week travel assignment
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Provide skilled nursing care within a Labor & Delivery department
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• First-time travelers may be considered
