American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a rotating shift schedule and at least 1 year of travel L&D nursing experience.
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
- Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA only)
- Minimum 1 year of travel RN experience as an L&D nurse required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Responsibilities
- Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital environment
- Circulate in the OR and provide intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
- 36 hours per week on a rotating day/night shift schedule
- Flexible weekend and holiday coverage required
- Uses Epic for charting
- Provide direct patient care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients on the unit
- Local candidates may be considered if permanent residence is within 60 miles of the facility, at a reduced rate
- RTO must be identified prior to consideration for the position
