Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring 2+ years of L&D experience and an active AR or compact RN license.

Requirements

• Active AR or multistate/compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Postpartum experience preferred
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Work in the Birthing Center unit of a women's hospital
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a) with every other weekend required
• Call shifts required twice per scheduled period
• 48hr/week scheduling will be considered
• Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients in the birthing center
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rate
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Not eligible for consideration if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
