American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Interventional Radiology position at a busy IR department in a comprehensive stroke, teaching hospital requiring at least 1 year of IR experience.
Requirements
- Active FL or Compact RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of IR nursing experience required
- Cerner charting experience preferred
- Date of birth required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Work in a very busy Interventional Radiology department within a Comprehensive Stroke, teaching hospital
- Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
- Floating required within the assigned hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital as needed
- Cerner charting system used, experience preferred
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Provide nursing care within a fast-paced IR department at a teaching hospital designated as a Comprehensive Stroke center
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
- No RTO permitted within the contract
- Former permanent employees must wait at least 12 months before returning to this health system as a traveler
