Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for day shift visits in West Portland, OR, requiring an active OR RN license and OASIS experience.

Requirements

• Active OR RN license required
• BCLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Must have own transportation

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting serving West Portland, OR and surrounding areas
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Visits up to 6 patients per day with 1:1 patient ratio
• 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• No floating between units required
• Facility groups clients to minimize drive time, with occasional daily drive times up to 60-90 minutes
• Charting systems include Home Care Home Base, Remote Client, and Rover (phone app)
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
• Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not mandatory, no jeans
• Free parking available
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
• Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
