Responsibilities
- Home health setting covering Reading/Deer Park, Camp Dennison, Miamiville, Terrace Park, Kennedy Heights, and Fairfax/Mariemount
- Full-time day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required
- Provide skilled home health nursing care across multiple community service areas in Ohio
