Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience and a valid RN license.

Requirements

• Active RN license (State or Compact) required in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required for clinicians performing SOCs
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Proof of vehicle insurance required
• No first-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Home Health setting with a geriatric patient population
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
• Schedule is Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts
• On-call responsibilities required, details discussed during interview
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
• Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory
• iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
• Locals accepted at the travel rate
• Compliance items must be started within 24 hours of accepted offer
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; any additional RTO after offer requires manager approval
