Travel RN - GI/Endoscopy

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Endoscopy position requiring prior travel experience and a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience.

Requirements

• Active or conditional MA RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
• SGNA certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Endoscopy center focused on elective procedures
• Unit includes 4 procedure rooms, 5 pre-op bays, and 5 PACU bays
• Patient population ranges from ages 18-95 with common diagnoses including colon cancer screenings and rectal bleeds
• Rotating shifts with varying start times, 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
• No weekend requirements
• No on‑call responsibilities
• Floating required
• No block scheduling permitted
• EMR: Epic experience preferred
• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• Bi‑weekly orientation schedule
• RTO limited to no more than 5 days at time of consideration
• First‑time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates within a 50‑mile radius accepted at a local pay rate
