American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift position at a critical access medical center along the Oregon coast, requiring EPIC experience and current ACLS/BLS certification.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent ER experience, within the last 3 months
- BSN and acute care facility experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience required and must be documented in employment history
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed critical access medical center
- Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36-48 hours per week
- EPIC experience required
- Deliver coordinated nursing care using the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and effective care
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning
- All required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined
- Candidates with any prior adverse action on their license will not be considered
- Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction, and local pay rates match travel rates
