American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level I Emergency Department position requiring Cerner experience and TN or compact RN licensure.
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- CEN certification preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior Cerner charting experience required
- 2 references required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Level I Emergency Department setting
- Patient ratio of 4:1
- Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:45-7:15)
- No on-call requirements
- Floating required within scope to meet facility needs
- Open to block scheduling
- Provide emergency nursing care in a Level I trauma center setting
- First-time travelers considered based on previous experience
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Previously placed travelers are eligible to return
- Travel pairs accepted
- RTO requests considered if presented at time of interview
