Role:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department Float Pool, providing direct patient care up to Level 1 trauma designation.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, mentor new staff, and ensure safety and evidence-based practice at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year experience, and certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, and BLS. Ability to work nights in a fast-paced environment.

Provide comprehensive emergency care, model proficiency, contribute to safety and quality outcomes, and support team collaboration in a dynamic clinical setting.
