Travel RN - Case Management/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager with case management experience for an inpatient discharge planning role requiring OK or compact RN licensure.

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience and 1 year of case management experience required
• BLS certification required
• InterQual or MCG experience preferred
• CCM or ACM certification preferred
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID and a utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address from the last 3 months required for consideration
• Permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Inpatient case management unit supporting discharge planning and care coordination
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every-other-weekend requirement
• Floating required to sister facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed
• No block scheduling accommodations available
• Support inpatient discharge planning, care progression, post-acute transitions, patient choice compliance, and regulatory requirements
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Maximum RTO of 5 days per 13-week assignment, with no holidays or blackout dates permitted
• Local candidates are accepted, with facility intent to convert to permanent staff upon assignment completion
• Former Integris permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible for travel assignments
