American Traveler is hiring a Cardiovascular ICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and NIH Stroke Certification.
Requirements
- Active SC or Compact RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within 30 days of start)
- NIH Stroke Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU or ICU experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
- One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)
Responsibilities
- Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment length
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify; local candidates will not be considered
- First-time travelers may be considered for this role
