American Traveler is hiring a Stepdown Cardiac RN for a night shift float pool position requiring stepdown/intermediate experience and EPIC proficiency.

- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Stepdown/intermediate level nursing experience required
- EPIC charting experience required
Responsibilities
- Stepdown float pool role rotating between multiple stepdown units based on greatest need
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Uses EPIC charting system
- Acute care hospital with 402 staffed beds
- Scrub colors are flexible (any solid color) except in ER, OR, and L&D units
- Facility performs its own pre-employment drug screening upon arrival in addition to standard credentialing
- Maximum RTO of 7 days permitted
- Facility unable to accommodate RTO during major holiday weeks
- Candidates must not reside in Moore County to be eligible for the travel position
- Former FirstHealth employees must have been separated from employment for at least one year to be considered
