American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 2+ years of cath lab experience at a Level 1 trauma center, with on-call responsibilities included.

Location: Wellington, Florida

Pay: $2,877 per week

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts), 40 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks contract, Start date: ASAP (actual start date typically 3-4 weeks from offer)

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Performs emergency and elective angioplasty procedures, including drug-eluting stents, electrophysiology, and pacemaker implantation
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• On-call required: 2 weekends and 15 shifts during the contract

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required; BSN highly desired
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — AHA-issued certifications only
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience in a U.S. hospital required
• U.S. SSN required
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
• Date of birth required for consideration

• Provides patient care functions in accordance with current licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements, fulfilling the needs of patients, families, and the community
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• 13-week contract

Pay

Weekly wages: $1,400 per week (Regular Hours: $35.00 x 40 hours)

Weekly stipends: $1,477 per week (Lodging: $143.00 x 7 days = $1,001; Meals & Incidentals: $68.00 x 7 days = $476)

Total: $2,877 per week, including wages and stipends

Assignment Total (13 Weeks): $37,401

Annual Equivalent (52 Weeks): $149,604
