American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active Ohio license for an evening shift, 13-week travel assignment at an acute care facility in Ohio.
Job Details
• Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Therapy department,
• Evening shift hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM,
• 32 hours per week,
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required,
• Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system,
Job Requirements
• Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required (license required if applicable),
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required - CRT not accepted,
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience,
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required,
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion,
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity,
Additional Information
• Responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order,
• Some exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals is expected,
• Epic EMR experience is beneficial for this role
