Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced care environment

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, promptly responding to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Accurately document and update patient records
• Administer prescribed medications and follow appropriate protocols and policies
