The Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. The role involves coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH.
- District of Columbia State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
Certifications Needed
- BLS certification.
