Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 1+ year in NICU, PICU or Pediatrics
- Required Skills: NICU nursing, neonatal resuscitation, critical care monitoring, IV therapy, medication administration, teamwork, communication, problem‑solving

- Education: ASN (Associate of Nursing) required; BSN preferred
- Certifications & Licensure: BLS – AHA, NRP – AHA only, NJ State Registered Nurse license or multi‑state compact license
