We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be eligible to float to various units such as J1-2, J33, and the ED, caring for the same patient population.

Schedule

Day and Night rotating shifts: 3 x 12 hours, 07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30. Shifts may vary to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and interpret ECG rhythms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and manage care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• At least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.
• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State license in hand at time of application.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
