Responsibilities

• Circulate in adult cardiac cath lab procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety throughout interventions
• Monitor intra-procedural dysrhythmias, assist with procedural sedation and monitoring, and manage hemodynamics as needed
• Assist with a range of cardiac procedures and devices, including TAVR, pacemaker/ICD cases, TEE, and cardioversion
• Support use of specialized equipment and devices (IABP, IMPELLA, AngioJet) as applicable to cases
• Accurately document procedures and patient status in the EPIC charting system; coordinate with the peri-procedural team
• Provide post-procedure patient care and ensure readiness of recovery areas; liaise with cardiology and nursing teams for smooth transitions

Requirements

• Active RN license in Missouri or a MO-compact license eligible for submission
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; cath lab experience preferred; prior charge experience not specified
• Proficiency with EPIC charting
• Ability to work day shift on-site in a cath lab environment and participate in the stated call schedule; no float outside the service line required
