The Role
We're hiring recruiters who love relationship-driven work and want to collaborate with AI tools - and with the technologists building them. Automation handles sourcing, screening, and repetitive tasks so you can focus on conversations, judgment, and closing great matches.
What You'll Do
Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals.
Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly.
Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts.
Support redeployment and long-term clinician success.

What We're Looking For
Experience in healthcare staffing or related high-volume recruiting
- Prior clinician experience
Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
Comfortable with new technology and evolving workflows
Relationship-driven, fast-moving, and organized
$60,000 - $65,000 a year
