American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift assignment requiring 5+ years of experience and active NYS licensure with ARRT certification.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience required
- Active NYS license required at time of submission (license required if applicable)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Level 1 trauma hospital experience strongly preferred
- Previous or current travel experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Permanent address must match driver's license or state ID
- Negative 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
Responsibilities
- Radiology department in a community hospital setting
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 8:0 AM to 4:00 PM
- Every 4th weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- Uses Epic EMR
- Candidates residing in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties, or within 50 miles of the facility, will be considered for this assignment
- Completion of Verbal De-escalation training (Welle or CPI) required for onboarding
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, and RTO must be submitted prior to upload
- COVID vaccination strongly encouraged
