Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations across standard protocols, ensuring high-quality, diagnostic images
• Properly position patients, select coils, and optimize imaging sequences according to exam type
• Screen for MRI contraindications, monitor patients during scanning, and maintain patient safety and comfort
• Maintain MRI equipment and safely manage protocol parameters, ensuring accurate documentation of procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams; ensure adherence to ARRT MR guidelines and safety standards
• May be asked to float between two site locations as needed; uphold hospital-level standards and procedures

Requirements

• ARRT MR (MRI) certification
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of MRI experience
• Philips MRI experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a hospital radiology department
• Willingness to float between two site locations as needed
