Responsibilities

• Perform Computed Tomography imaging procedures following department protocols.


• Set up CT equipment, select imaging parameters, and position patients to obtain diagnostic-quality images.


• Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering age-appropriate care during imaging exams.


• Apply independent judgment and initiative in utilizing imaging equipment for diagnosis and treatment support.


• Maintain documentation of procedures and verify image quality for radiologist review.


• Adhere to department procedures and safety standards in all imaging exams.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in safely obtaining quality diagnostic studies and in operating imaging equipment.


• Ability to independently perform imaging procedures and position patients for CT exams.
