RTO - MUST INCLUDE REQUEST WITH SUBMITTAL

REQUIREMENTS:

• National Licensure
• BLS/CPR
• 1+ YEAR EXPERIENCE

BEDS- (1)treatment room currently and (2) treatment rooms in 2 months – 2 therapist at all times

PATIENT RATIO - 1 EVERY 15 MIN

SCRUBS- Steel Grey Scrubs, Lab Coat/non-fleece jacket if desired. No artificial nails
