Job Description

Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week

• St Marks Radiation Therapy
• Address:1200E 3900S SLC UT
• Floor: basement
• Building: East Medical Office

• Day Shift – 5 days 8hrs – will not be working alone
• Type of equipment - Linac
• EMR - EPIC

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Radiation treatments and planning

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS & ARRT (T) Certification , State & Radiation Therapist License
