Description
American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an Outpatient Orthopedic clinic position requiring 2+ years of experience in orthopedics, personal injury, and workers comp cases.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting specializing in orthopedics
- Patient population includes orthopedic, personal injury, and workers comp cases
- Typical caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
- Clinics often double book, so scheduled numbers may not reflect actual daily caseload
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- No weekend scheduling required
- Uses RainTree EMR system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA required
- License required if applicable
- No new graduates accepted
- Experience in orthopedics, outpatient, personal injury, and workers comp required
Additional Information
- Full support staff available at every location including front office and PT Aides/Techs to assist clinicians
- First day orientation (FDI) provided by Clinic Director, including staff introductions and EMR training
- Second day typically involves full patient treatment responsibilities
- Clinicians carry a caseload similar to permanent staff clinicians
- Travel pairs accepted
