Travel Project CoordinatorAs a Project Coordinator you will oversee retail projects from start to finish, ensuring client goals, timelines, and budgets are met. This role requires extended travel, multiple week at a time and potentially longer depending on the project.Your primary responsibility is to lead and support SASR teams in the field while maintaining strong client relationships. Success in this role means treating team members, clients, and customers with respect, ensuring teams have the proper tools and information, and delivering projects on time and within budget.What You'll NeedRetail supervisory experience: Minimum 1 year (leading teams of up to 20+ associates)Retail merchandising experience: Minimum 2 yearsMandatory travel: Must be able to travel 90% of the timeReliable transportation to and from job sites (from home or hotel)Flexibility and patience—duties may change with or without noticeStrong sense of urgency and driveAbility to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and planograms (POGs)Experience assembling retail fixtures including gondolas, power wings, and end capsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsBasic merchandiser tools and equipmentFamiliarity with mobile reporting platformsWillingness to work in inclement and cold conditionsPhysical DemandsAbility to stand and walk for 8+ hours on concrete floorsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
