Job Summary
A Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in a short-term acute care facility. This position involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs, including managing cardiac drips and titrating vasoactive medications. The role includes floating between units and working nights to support patient care within a dynamic hospital environment.

• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, experience in telemetry and cardiac drip management, certifications in ACLS and BLS, and proficiency in Epic electronic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patients, PT/OT support, and familiarity with trauma protocols.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, working 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to float between units, including telemetry and medical-surgical floors. Compliance with facility policies on RTO and references is required. Candidates should have experience managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, interpreting dysrhythmias, and utilizing PPE appropriately.
