Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Baltimore City. This role involves providing direct nursing care to high-acuity patients within a 20-bed Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) unit. The position requires comprehensive assessment, medication administration, emergency response, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Job Details

• Certifications and Qualifications: Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), CRRT experience, 3 years of nursing experience, valid driver's license or state ID, professional licensure verified via Nursys, professional profile, and references.
• Schedule: Day shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional information: The ideal candidate will monitor and assess critically ill patients using advanced medical equipment, respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, document patient status accurately, and participate in continuing education. The role involves collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive team environment.
