Location: Largo, FL
Start: 10/19/2026 | Duration: 20 Weeks | 1 Position
Schedule: Days | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 5×8s
Requirements: 1+ year PT experience | Home Health experience REQUIRED |
BLS | Active FL/Compact PT license | Valid driver’s license & reliable car required
Caseload: 6–8 home visits/day | 1–2 weekends/contract | Self-scheduled visits/hours
Skills: Patient assessment, OASIS, ortho, neuro, cardiopulmonary, post-surgical care, gait training, mobility, home exercise programs, documentation, patient/family education & safety.
Additional: Adults/Geriatrics | Any solid-color scrubs | Laptop, MiFi & portable printer provided | COVID vaccination/exemption required
