Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Facility: Haxtun Main Street Clinic Location: Haxtun, Colorado Shift: 10-Hour Days (Monday–Friday) Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week Job Summary Provide physical rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans prescribed by the Physical Therapist. Help restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. Active Colorado PTA license or Compact PTA license . Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of physical therapy experience . Ideal Candidate Licensed PTA with an active CO or compact license. Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting. Strong communication and patient care skills. Able to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist. Submission Notes: Active CO/Compact PTA license required. Current BLS required. One year of PTA experience preferred, but not mandatory if the facility is willing to consider less experienced candidates.
