Travel Physical Therapist - Weekly Pay

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and modify treatment goals.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school, current state licensure or active application process, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care aligned with organizational values.

Key duties:

Assume responsibility for patient care, adapt plans as needed, and ensure quality therapy services while working within a day shift schedule of 8 hours. The role involves direct patient assessment, treatment planning, and team collaboration.
