Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, in-person school-based role supporting early intervention for children aged birth to 3 years in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing and evaluating physical, gross motor, and mobility needs of students.
- Designing and implementing individualized therapy programs.
- Participating in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Utilizing adaptive equipment and technology to assist students with disabilities.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active license from the State Board of Examiners for Physical Therapists.
- Experience supporting children aged birth to 3 years.
- Comfort with traveling across multiple programs and sites within the region.
- 40 hours per week, working days at regional sites including home visits and community centers.
