Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 1 year of physical therapy experience, Missouri State License, minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Work location in Missouri
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. Uses standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions. Administers various procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive device use, wound care, etc. Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and clinical standards. Communicates effectively with team members, provides counseling to patients and families, and participates in required meetings and training. Supervises support staff and adheres to practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics applicable to the profession.
