Job Details:

Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, certification in point-of-care electronic medical record (EMR) system, Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, based in Washington state or willing to obtain licensure there, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities, familiarity with PointClickCare EMR system, recent clinical experience within the past 2 years
Additional Information: The position involves providing patient therapy services within a skilled nursing environment, adhering to facility protocols and standards of care. The assignment is suitable for a licensed PT who can start promptly and is comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
