Requirements

• PT license required if applicable
• Current certifications required and must not be expired
• Two professional references required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based setting within the Physical Medicine Therapy department
• Day shift schedule
• Local candidates may be accepted depending on facility approval
• Candidates must live within 50 miles for local eligibility
• Previous CHRISTUS Health employees must have a 6-month separation period before being eligible for a travel assignment
• First-time travelers may be considered
