Outpatient Physical Therapy unit Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No floating or on-call requirements 13-week assignment Requirements
Active CA PT license required if applicable Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of experience required Additional Information
Plans and implements individualized treatment programs based on physical therapy principles and practices Serves as a resource and provides structured educational opportunities within the hospital in area(s) of specialization Accepts local candidates at the local rate within a 50-mile radius Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract Holiday coverage includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
