Physical Therapist Outpatient in Lodi, California. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. The position serves as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care within an outpatient setting, contributing to quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Job Details:
Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, with days off potentially Tuesdays or Wednesdays or Thursdays.
Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (obtained license on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent), Oregon Physical Therapy license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor, and at least 0 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish or Vestibular certification is highly appreciated.
Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Information: This outpatient caseload involves no on-call responsibilities, with a focus solely on outpatient therapy services. The effective date of employment is 08/31/2026.
