Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-12pm, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; license in good standing for the state of Nevada; minimum of 0 years of outpatient clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Highly desired candidate has previously completed an assignment with the agency or with the organization.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student supervision and maintains professional licensure. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and safety protocols to promote a safe environment for patients and staff. Demonstrates skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, and adherence to state practice acts and regulations.
