Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; ability to start on 08/10/2026; no minimum years of experience required beyond the initial 6 months.

Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical reasoning, and documenting in medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to all organizational standards including safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. Maintains current licensure and completes state-mandated continuing education. Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement initiatives and safety practices.
