Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
Additional Information:
Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
Documents clinical notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines.
Participates in student supervision and educational activities.
Maintains licensure and completes continuing education requirements.
Follows clinical and safety policies, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff.
