Physical Therapist Outpatient in Pensacola, Florida. Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the State of Florida; completion of a previous assignment with the agency or with the organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, documents clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within insurance guidelines. Participates in student programs, creates professional development plans, adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory requirements, maintains licensure in good standing, and engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
