Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
