The Physical Therapist will effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. The role involves developing appropriate plans of care while adhering to all regulatory and clinical practice standards. The therapist will utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.ResponsibilitiesAdminister various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.Assess patient progress and adjust treatments according to clinical and regulatory requirements.Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.Communicate effectively with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.Document all required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records per company policy.Participate in required meetings, including patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings, as well as facility and company trainings.Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.Adhere to APTA and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics during practice.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 year of Physical Therapist experience is required; new graduates with Level II experience accepted.Experience in Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation is required.Current Oklahoma State License is required.Why ARMStaffing?
